Easy Baked Taco Pie
I fell in love with no-bake desserts when I was living in a crappy apartment in my early 20s and could never rely on the temperature in my oven getting to what I actually set it! I had just started my career and was working in an office, and it seemed like there was always one potluck event or another at work. So, great no-bakes became my standby. Besides the fact that you dont need an oven, most of them are very easy to make. Without giving away my age, the internet wasnt as popular as it is today, and I doubt sites like Pinterest had even been a twinkle in anyones eye. You certainly dont have to be young to enjoy the art of a great no-bake dessert, though, as I still enjoy them today. Hope you will enjoy this collection as well!
