Must Try Fall Drink: 2 Ingredient Apple Cider Mimosas
I first saw these apple cider mimosas on Delishs Facebook page, they shared a video for them which I also shared in my newsletter last month.
They used some caramel vodka which sounds awesome but I wanted a bit more traditional and to keep it easy. And you really cant get any easier than two ingredients.
We went away for a little weekend in the Berkshires back in September for my sisters birthday. We made these apple cider mimosas for her birthday brunch and they were fantastic. My family is big on mimosas anyways so this was a really great fall spin on them.
Theres just something special about a little bubbly to get your day started. Then add some pancakes, eggs, and bacon and youve got yourself a Sunday brunch to remember!
