Lemonade Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS:

1 (8 oz) bar fat-free cream cheese,
softened

1 tsp Crystal Light lemonade drink mix
1/4 cup cold skim milk
1 (8 oz) tub fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (6 oz) ready-to-use reduced-fat
graham cracker crust


DIRECTIONS:

1. Beat cream cheese and drink mix together in a large bowl with electric mixer until blended. Gradually beat in milk.

2. Whisk in the thawed whipped topping; spoon into crust.

3. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

Yield: 8 Servings
Serving Size: 1 slice per serving.
